La Choy= La Choke

Today is Day ONE of "Stephies big ole 3 day weekend" and all I did today was sleep and watch television. I'm exciting. Whoo.

I'm starving now too. I made a bowl of rice today that made me decide the only way to eat white rice is either 1. NOT minute rice and 2. From a Chinese resturant. I also decided that I don't like La Choy soy sauce. Nope, just that authentic chinese restuarant stuff that when you pour it out of the bottle it is a deep black and not a creamy shade of turd brown.

I have no plans to leave my apartment until tomorrow night.
