wisdom teeth should be called stupid teeth

I officially have a new wisdom tooth. However, my insurance is confused and doesn't know which dentists I am allowed to see. My dentist turned out to be out of network (depite what my insurance company told me previously) so I have to pay for my cleaning and xrays from last week out of pocket. Which means I have to come up with $185 soon. And I can't afford to pay the rest of my brand new deductible (which last week I was told I didn't HAVE one at all) so I have to deal with a sore mouth and headache. My dentist did prescribe me codiene for the pain and ammoxicillin for the swelling. So I'm set for a week or so.
